Pillar is the administrator of the following NSW public sector superannuation schemes:

Consequently, Pillar holds records on behalf of the Trustees of those schemes. A person who is a member of any one of those schemes may request from Pillar relevant documents under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. The Act also gives you the right to ask to have your records amended.

Pillar Form 901 - Application to amend personal records

You must use this form to state in writing what you believe is incomplete, incorrect, misleading, or out-of-date, and what you want amended. You should also provide any information which will support the amendments you want.

Pillar Form 903 - Schedule of fees and charges payable

Details of the fees and charges payable for applying for and for processing these forms. Pillar will not start work on your request until your application fee has been paid.

Pillar Form 904 - Application for internal review

An internal review is made by a senior officer of Pillar who was not involved in the first decision.
You can use this form to request an internal review.

Pillar Form 905 - Request for notation to be added to personal records

If you have made an application to amend your personal records, and Pillar has refused this request, you can ask Pillar to note the details of your request on your records. You can use this form to make your request.
